Billing when a Sandbox is paused: Once a Sandbox is paused, CPU and RAM stop being billed. You are only charged for Persistent Storage used to retain the sandbox data (60 GB free per account; usage beyond that is billed at $0.00009/GB/h). See the Storage section below for details.
Free Sandbox Usage
New users can complete a quick account setup survey to receive $100 in promotional credits for eligible Novita Sandbox usage. No credit card is required. Promotional credits are applied to eligible Novita Sandbox usage first, including CPU, RAM, and billable storage usage where applicable. After credits are used up or expired, continued usage is billed pay-as-you-go per current pricing. Credits may be subject to availability, validity period, usage scope, and quota limits. You can check your balance and voucher status on the Payments page. Promotional credits do not change the underlying unit prices listed below.Pricing

Each sandbox includes 20 GB of Ephemeral Storage while running. When paused, data is retained as Persistent Storage. Each account includes 60 GB of free Persistent Storage. Usage beyond the free amount is billed at the standard rate.Get Bills
You can view and export Agent Sandbox bills in “Billing - Billing Details - Usage-based Billing”.- Go to the billing details page;
- Select the “Usage-based Billing” tab on the right, then click the “Agent Sandbox” secondary tab below;
- You can set the “Time Range” and “Group By” filters;
- You can click “Export” button after querying to export bill data as an .xlsx file.
Overdue Payment Notice
If the account’s available balance (including available balance and voucher balance) is less than the bill to be paid, the account is considered overdue. Overdue payments result in sandboxes being terminated and data loss. During usage, ensure sufficient account balance. After overdue, system sends notification emails; recharge promptly. Balance and vouchers confirmable on the payments page; recharge as needed. To avoid overdue payments affecting service, setting up low balance alerts is recommended. When balance is less than the alert threshold set, a notification email is sent. The specific overdue payment impacts:- Unable to start new sandboxes.
